[ARCHIVED] Mooresville man facing additional felony breaking and entering charges.

Sheriff Darren Campbell stated:  On Saturday, June 13, 2020, Patrol Deputies with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Paseo Street near Mooresville to investigate several reported breaking and entering’s from garages where numerous items were stolen.

The cases were sent to the Criminal Investigation’s Division, where detectives began to work the cases while trying to identify suspects. During the course of the investigation, several witness interviews were conducted, and evidence was collected. The detectives eventually were able to identify Timothy Dillon West of Mooresville as the suspect. 

Detectives were able to obtain arrest warrants for; Three Counts of Felony Breaking and Entering, along with Three Counts of Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering.

West, who was in custody at the Iredell County Detention Center for similar charges, appeared before Magistrate P. Tutterrow and received an additional 25,000 dollars secured bond on these new charges.

 Criminal history: Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, Two Counts of Misdemeanor Larceny, Two Counts of Driving While License Revoked.
