[ARCHIVED] Two suspects arrested near Mooresville on Felony Drug Charges

Sheriff Darren Campbell stated:  On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators along with deputies assigned to the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Team arrested Heather Marie Sides, and Christian Lloyd Bock.

Undercover Narcotics Investigators had been conducting surveillance on the pair after receiving numerous citizen complaints about them being involved in the distribution of controlled substances in the southern end of Iredell County.

Investigators located the duo in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store located at 1336 Oakridge Farm Highway. Heather Sides, and Christian Bock were found to be in possession of 129 dosage units of controlled prescription medication which they had planned to sell.

Both suspects were arrested, and taken to the Iredell County Detention Center. Heather Marie Sides was charged with; Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, and Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance. It was also determined from a criminal data base search, Sides had an outstanding Felony Probation Violation Warrant. Magistrate S. Watkins issued a 20,000.00 dollar secured bond for the drug charges as well as a “No Bond” on the Probation Warrant.

Christian Lloyd Bock was charged with; Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, and Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance. Magistrate S. Watkins issued a 20,000.00 dollar secured bond on these charges.

20,000.00 DOLLARS SECURED BOND & NO BOND

(Was out on 25,000.00 dollars secured bond from Felony Drug Charges in October of 2019)

 Criminal history: DWI Level 5, DWI Level 2, Misdemeanor Intoxicated and Disruptive, Hit and Run Failing to Stop, Misdemeanor Shoplifting by Concealment, DWI Level 1.


Christian Lloyd Bock, 44 Years Old

140 Heglar Road

China Grove, North Carolina

20,000.00 DOLLARS SECURED BOND.

 Criminal history: Two Counts of Misdemeanor Shoplifting by Concealment, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine.
