Iredell County is requesting informal bids for medical grade portable cold storage units and supporting accessories as noted in bid document and intends to purchase up to (10) 60-liter and (1) 20-liter base unit as specified along with requested accessories chosen. Units will be used by Iredell County Health Department for its Emergency Preparedness Program to transport vaccines to off-site locations. Federal grant funds will be used to purchase these units for this program and all expenditures must meet all federal grant requirements. Bid Packages will be accepted up to the day and time of bid deadline, which is scheduled for 4:00 PM Monday, February 10 , 2020.
All questions regarding Bid Process, Documents, Bid and Contract Terms & Conditions and Specifications outlined in this RFB must be submitted in writing by email to the Purchasing Specialist no later than 12:00 PM – Noon, Monday, January 27, 2020 and will be answered next day.
