Sheriff Darren Campbell stated that the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office held four (4) child support warrants for Phillip Bradley Maddox pertaining to four (4) individual cases through Iredell County Department of Social Services. These 4 warrants had a cash compliance totaling $1,200.00. Numerous attempts have been made to located Maddox. On July 20, Deputies Marty Lewis and Gary Mayhorn located Maddox at 309 Westwood Drive in Statesville. Maddox has a pending court date of July 31.
In a separate incident the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office held six (6) child support warrants for Steve Lamont Summers. Each pertained individual cases through Iredell County Department of Social Services. These warrants had a cash compliance bond totaling $1,200.00. These warrants were issued in 2013 with an address of 909 Columbia Street, Statesville.
Child Support Deputies had spent countless hours attempting to locate Summers. With diligence, Deputies Marty Lewis and Gary Mayhorn located Summers at 1004 Park Drive in Statesville on July 20. Summers has a pending court date of July 31. Iredell County Sheriff’s Office also held a criminal warrant for Injury to Personal Property adding $1,000.00 to Summers’ bond. His criminal court appearance will be August 31.
