This project consists of furnishing all the materials, tools, labor and equipment to complete the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill – Phase 6, Cells 1 & 2 as described within the Contract Document/Specifications and Contract Drawings for an approximate 5.5-acre Landfill Cell 1 and 16.2-acre Landfill Cell 2. This project will be bid as a single prime and includes, but not limited to: Mobilization/Demobilization, Cohesive Soil Liner, Geo Synthetic Clay Liner, 60 mil Double-Sided Textured Flexible Membrane Liner, 330 mil Double-Bonded Drainage Net, Protective Cover, 6” Leachate Collection System, 8” Leachate Collection System, Pump Station and Associated Appurtenances.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held in the Bailer Building Conference Room at the Iredell County Solid Waste Facility, 354 Twin Oaks Road, Statesville, NC 28625 at 10:00 AM on April 30, 2019. 

Sealed Bids are due to the Purchase & Contracts Manager no later than 2:00 PM on May 29, 2019. Shortly thereafter, all responsive bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded during a public meeting in the South Wing Conference Room, Iredell County Government Center, 200 S. Center Street, Statesville, NC 28677.
