Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following work:  The Project consists of the renovation to portions of the 2nd and 4th floors in an existing 4-story building for use for County departments including Sheriff and Department of Social Services. Total renovated area is 14,310 sf. Project includes demolition, new work, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.  General Contract (all trades).

A prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Government Center South, 610 East Center Street, Mooresville, North Carolina on April 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM.  Prospective prime bidders are highly encouraged to attend.

Bid Deadline is May 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM - Public Bid Opening will take place at the Iredell County Commissioner's Meeting Hall, 200 South Center Street, Statesville, NC 28687, where bids will be opened and read aloud.
