A residence at 140 Darty Lane was broken into on Thursday January 11, 2018. Detectives were able to locate a Milwaukee hammer drill which belonged to the victim at 140 Darty Lane at a local pawn shop. Further evidence located led detectives to obtain multiple felony warrants on two suspects, Wesley and Ashley Pope.

Ashley Pope was taken to the Iredell County Detention Center where he was served with four warrants of felony breaking and entering and four warrants for felony larceny after breaking and entering, and given a $25,500.00 secured bond by Magistrate Diane Saunders.
