Sheriff Darren Campbell stated on 11/29/2017 two victims came to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office to report separate crimes. One of the victim’s reported that a family member, Christopher Jordan Lippard had been requested to leave the home. When Lippard left the home, the victim found that items were missing from the home and garage including an air compressor, chainsaw, and Nintendo Wii.
At another home where Lippard was staying money and electronic devices were found missing as well. At this home a pawn ticket was located dated 11/01/2017 where Lippard pawned an air compressor, the same air compressor described by the victim. Christopher Jordan Lippard was charged with one count of felony Breaking and Entering, one count of felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering, one count of felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense, and one count of misdemeanor Larceny. Lippard was located and taken to the Iredell County Detention Center where he was held under a $61,500 secured bond. Lippard has a pending court date in Statesville District Court.
