[ARCHIVED] Suspects arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine

Sheriff Darren Campbell stated On September 29th 2017 at approximately 6:30 pm Sgt. L.J. Hayes with the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (A.C.E) Team stopped a vehicle in 2300 block of Shelton Avenue for a traffic violation.

After speaking with the driver of the vehicle, Mr. Jason Connolly, deputies learned that he had outstanding warrants for his arrest for two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and Larceny. Mr. Connolly was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia on his person. Deputies searched the vehicle and located several items consistent with a meth lab along with methamphetamine and stolen property. Deputies contacted Narcotics Investigators, CID, and personnel from the North Carolina SBI to respond to assist with the collection of evidence and clean-up of the meth lab.

There were three other suspects in the vehicle and they all were then arrested and transported to the Magistrates Office. Mr. Connolly of Trinity Rd Statesville, NC, was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, DWLR, Operating a Vehicle with No Insurance and was also served his outstanding warrants and received a $195,000 secured bond.  Mr. Connolly is a convicted felon and has several convictions for Felony Breaking and Entering and other drug crimes.

Mrs. Kimberly Stout Anderson of Coolbrook Rd Statesville, NC, was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine and also had several warrant for her arrest and she received a $179,000 secured bond.

Mrs. Anderson has prior convictions for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault, Resisting a Law Enforcement Officer Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property and Carrying a Concealed Gun. 

Mr. Noel Dishmond of Coolbrook Rd Statesville, NC, and Mr. Michael Macfadyen of Cheatham Ford Rd Hiddenite NC, were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine and both received a $175,000 secured bond.

Mr. Dishmond is currently out on bond for Possession of Methamphetamine and has prior convictions for DWI and drug charges. This case is still being investigated and more charges are expected to come.
