Edifice, Inc. is the Design-Builder for the Iredell County Public Safety Center in Statesville, NC.  Edifice is seeking bids from pre-qualified Site Package subcontractors due on August 3, 2017.  (Building trades are not bidding at this time).  Edifice encourages Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) to attend the pre-bid to discuss the project. The pre-bid will be held on July 20, 2017 at 3:00 PM at 200 S Center St - Statesville, NC - County Commissioners Chamber.
