ANNOUNCEMENT:  Iredell County,  Edifice, Inc. and ADW Architects, PA are the Design-Build Team for Iredell County Public Safety Center.  Edifice is seeking to pre-qualify contractors at this time for Subcontractor Trade Packages.

Pre-qualification Instructions: All pre-qualification forms are requested to be submitted on or by July 3,2017. Completed pre-qualification statements should be submitted to Edifice, Inc., Attention: AndyAldridge, 4111 South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28209 or by email (aaldridge@Edificeinc.com).Forms are available at http://edificeinc.com/subcontractors/. Relevant project experience will be highlyweighted for pre-qualification.

Contractors are invited to pre-qualify for the following Trade Packages: Site Work, Landscaping,Fencing, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Mill work, Waterproofing & Sealants, Roofing, Spray Fireproofing, Doors-Frames-Hardware, Overhead Doors, Aluminum Storefront & Windows, Metal Studs and Drywall & EIFS, Hard Tile, Flooring, Access Flooring, Painting, Floor Coatings, Acoustical Ceilings & Insulation, Division 10 and 11 Specialties, Window Treatments, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing,Mechanical-HVAC, and Electrical, and Data-Telecom.
