IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MOORESVILLE TRANSFER STATION

The scale at the Mooresville Transfer Station will close at 1 PM on Wednesday, February 15th for repairs. All persons disposing of chargeable materials such as tires, commercial MSW, construction and demolition materials should plan on arriving before 1 PM on the 15th. The station will operate normal hours for residents disposing of their household waste and recyclables. The operating hours of the main Solid Waste Facility located at 354 Twin Oaks Road in Statesville are not impacted with the scale remaining open until 3:45 PM for anyone wishing to deliver loads direct to Statesville. The Mooresville scale will resume normal operations on Thursday the 16th.
