Complete Team Registration Form (Fillable PDF)

Submit team forms via email to Michelle Hepler by Feb 20,
or to Brett Eckerman by March 1.

Step 2:

Complete Individual Waiver (Online)

This is the online waiver & individual registration for Season 2 of Get Fit Iredell (Sept 2016-May 2017), and is not specific to this event.
Waivers/registration forms for individuals will also be available to complete at check-in.

If you are a current registered participant of Get Fit Iredell, you do not have to complete the registration process again, just make sure your team captain has your name on their form!
