On January 10th, 2017 around 7:00pm Hugh Lee Moose was shot and killed in his home at 577 Shiloh Road in Statesville. There is one person who was observed in the area before the homicide.  This subject was seen walking away from the area of the victim’s home within minutes of when of the first 911 call was placed. With the assistance of a witnesses and a forensic artist from the SC Law Enforcement Division the attached sketch has been created.
