Sheriff Darren Campbell stated: The second and final suspect involved in the largest methamphetamine lab operation discovered, to date in Iredell County, was arrested on Friday August 5, 2016 by members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Squad.
Frederick Lee Grant was arrested on 13 counts of Felony Manufacturing Methamphetamine and 2 counts of Felony Child Abuse. These charges stem from the investigation into a possible lab located at 120 Darlene Lane in Harmony on Friday July 29, 2016. Upon arrival at the scene, investigators were quickly able to identify remains of several methamphetamine manufacturing items.
Over 200 “One Pot” labs were discovered and mitigated by members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigation Unit and Agents with the North Carolina SBI.
Jennifer Suzanne Grant of 120 Darlene Lane was arrested and charged earlier this week and is still under 1,050,000 secured bond at the Iredell County Detention Center.
Frederick Lee Grant was placed in the Iredell County Detention Center under a 1,000,000 secured bond.
