[ARCHIVED] Suspect arrested for Selling prescription pain pills


Sheriff Darren Campbell stated: The final person being sought in connection to Operation No Fooling was arrested on Friday May 13, 2016. Glenna Carol Eller of 103 Pharr Hill Drive in Stony Point, turned herself into the Iredell County Detention Center.
Eller was charged by Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators after an investigation into the selling of prescription pain medication in the Stony Point area of Western Iredell County.
Based upon evidence gathered during the investigation and undercover hand to hand purchases made at the suspect’s residence, the suspect was charged with the following felony charges: Two Counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II, Two Counts of Sell and Deliver Schedule II, Two Counts of Maintain a Vehicle/Dwelling or Place to Sell Controlled Substance, Two Counts of Trafficking Schedule II by Sell and Possession.
Glenna Carol Eller was placed under 400,000.00 dollars secured bond.
Eller has a criminal history with at least on felony conviction in 2012 for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine Precursor.
