Sheriff Darren Campbell stated on February 18, 2016 at approximately 11:35 am Sgt. Leo Hayes with the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team (ACE Team) stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at the intersection of Mocksville Hwy and Bell Farm Rd. When Sgt. Hayes was speaking to the driver Mr. Jeremy Poole he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Mr. Privette and Mr. Poole were placed under arrest and transported to the Magistrates Office.
