Sheriff Darren Campbell stated: An Iredell County woman who was wanted by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigation Unit on a felony warrant for Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine was arrested in Winston-Salem on December 13, 2015.
The Iredell County warrant stemmed from a two month investigation where Heather Nichole Tulbert Hadley was suspected of selling cocaine. During the investigation, detectives were able to gather evidence and obtain the warrant. While multiple warrants were being served on other suspects, information was learned this suspect may have run to the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, area.
On Sunday December 13, 2015 Heather Nichole Tulbert Hadley was charged by the Winston-Salem Police Department with Fleeing to Elude, Driving while License Revoked, Reckless Driving, Fictitious Tag, Seat Belt Violation, Resisting Arrest and after searching the vehicle, they located a pipe and spoon consistent with drug paraphernalia and subsequently charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heather Nichole Tulbert Hadley was placed under 10,000.00 dollars secured bond on the Iredell County Warrant and is scheduled to appear in District Court in Statesville on January 20, 2016.
