Iredell County is requesting proposals from competent companies with significant and current experience in providing janitorial services for large firms and/or government entities. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. All interested parties shall meet at the front of the Iredell County Human Services Building, Health Department, 318 Turnersburg Hwy., Statesville, NC 28677. Proposals will only be accepted from contractors who have attended and participated in this conference as evidenced by building’s attendance roster.
Iredell County will then accept sealed proposals from janitorial service providers at the Purchasing Office located at 200 S. Center St., Statesville, North Carolina 28677. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained within the bid document and all provisions of the document must be complied with. Deadline for submittals is 3:00 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
