Iredell County is requesting informal bids to provide all labor and material for a turn-key installation of paving and other site work, as outlined in the General and Technical Specifications, Scope of Work, including referenced Drawings, for two EMS base locations, as is generally outlined within the project specifications contained in the bid document.
In lieu of a mandatory pre-bid meeting, contractors interested in participating must submit the Mandatory Sign In Sheet, stating contractors have visited the sites. The form is due before 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Bids will only be accepted from contractors who have submitted the filled out and signed form prior to the due date.
Iredell County intends to award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder that provides the bid most advantageous to the County, taking into consideration quality, performance and timing for delivery. Iredell County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award in the best interest of the County.
