Iredell County is releasing this Request for Proposal to obtain the services of a qualified pool management company to provide pool management services to be performed in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP for its Recreation Center.

***A site visit is required for all contractors who intend to submit a proposal. To schedule a site visit, Contractors must contact James Huffman, 704-878-3107 or 704-880-7419, and sign in upon arrival to tour the area. A Contractor whose name does not appear on this sign-in sheet will not be considered. Must visit the site prior to bid deadline. The deadline for submitting proposals is 4:00 PM, Monday, September 28, 2020.

All inquiries and questions regarding clarification and interpretation concerning this services as described in this RFP shall be submitted in writing by email to me no later than 4:00PM, Monday, September 21, 2020. It would be best to visit the site prior to the question deadline so to send questions concerning the requirements of the proposal. All questions will be answered by addendum and sent to all parties by email and posted on the County’s Bid Opportunities web page - http://www.co.iredell.nc.us/481/Current-Bids-RFPs
