The Information Technology Services (ITS) Department is dedicated to the successful implementation and maintenance of new and existing hardware and software needs for county departments.

Goals
The department strives to provide effective information system solutions, which assists county departments in fulfilling their responsibilities to provide services to the public as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities
The ITS department is responsible for the operation and administration of multiple computer platforms. The department provides:

• Systems analysis
• Systems backup
• Systems programming

The ITS Department also performs:

• Installation
• Maintenance
• Monitoring
• Planning
• Set up of computer systems

Software Support
Both purchased and developed in-house software is supported by the department.
